Will the signed invoices need to be uploaded anywhere? As of now invoices can be entered in excel format or csv format or as line items and so there's no way to enter the signature.

Are the invoices only to be kept for records and later verification by GSTN?

Though GSTN has mentioned that invoices have to be digitally signed, how will they verify it?

Invoices can be digitally signed and it is not compulsory. You can sign manually or using a Digital Signature certificate.

Yes invoice details in CSV or other format has to be uploaded and not scanned copies.

Yes invoices has to be kept as records for any future verification.
