Failed to establish connection to the server . Kindly restart the Emsigner Click here to troubleshoot.

Sir I am always facing this type of error "Failed to establish connection to the server . Kindly restart the Emsigner Click here to troubleshoot." and read your solution i do like that but error is coming again please give me suggestion i have many cases pending due to this error.

For this error do the following steps.

  1. Install latest java.
  2. Uninstall DSC token driver.
  3. Uninstall Emsigner.
  4. Install Emsigner again.
  5. Now install DSC token drivers.

Restart your system (some time works without a restart).

Now right click on Emsigner icon. Choose Run as Administrator.

Once Emsigner starts. You can sign using DSC.

Exactly same issue was faced by one client and with these steps things worked.

Also add gst.gov.in to trusted sites in you java.
