Sir, What to do if the gst id and password forgotten moreover we cant access the registered mail id of gst and that password. So i am unable to reset the password and user id but my registered mobile number is same.

If you forgot your user id or password then you can reset them on GST website.
You can read forgot user id and password, how to reset.
However in you case you even lost E-mail id. User id is emailed on your registered e-mail id, so you will not be able to receive your user id on E-mail.
In this case you have to visit your tax department (GST department) with an application and proof that you are registered, officer upon satisfaction with identity will issue username and password to you.
