Is GST CMP-03 also required to be filledin by present Composition Taxpayer who are migrated from the earlier Compounding Scheme in pregst regime ? In both the cases, ITC claim was & is not applicable. Regards.
Yes even those who migrated need to file the form.
Input tax credit is not available to composition tax payers.
