What is the rate of GST on hire charges of vehicle hired with driver and fuel for transporting goods for own use - the lorry owner is a single proprietor of the on eand only lorry - he is not a GTA
Transporters are exempted from GST.
So if you are getting services of a transporter, you need not to pay GST under RCM.
Even otherwise RCM is deferred and in case of GTA RCM was applicable. In your case you do not have to pay GST under RCM.
