Gst on payments made to doctors by company

Dear mam/ sir
 
I dr. Abhishek  tater is  consultant  physician  have received  payment from your company  for research and studies. My queries  are as under
1. Is these payments inclusive of GST?
2. Or company pay gst under RCM
3. Or GST registered doctor has to  raise gst invoice.
Pls clarify as at present I m paying gst out of my pocket .
