According to heading of your query i.e GST Return status . If you want to check return status then do following steps ,if your question is different then ask clearly

First go to https://www.gst.gov.in/

Then under serach taxpayer tab enter GSTIN of person of whom you want to check GST return status . 

Now you can see returns filed by the person
