I can file nil or with invoice but the site cannot walk as it's way so how can I file GSTR 1. even a nil return
You can file Nil return. Click on submit and file the return. However now the due date is over so site should be functioning properly.
Government is not getting much GST revenue so targeting tax payers with late filing fee to increase revenue.
