i am owner of online Journal, i publish the paper of student from various colleges in my journal at a fees of 1500.
overall we publish 40Papers = 60k
4issues in the year = 2.4L we earn , expenses around 1k , do we need to get Gst or income tax

For turnover below Rs. 20 Laks no need to take GST registration. However one can voluntarily take the registration at its own discretion.
