Hello there ,want to understand if we are registered in GST in west Bengal
And want to import in Maharashtra and trade in Maharashtra
E way bill portal not showing Port location it's showing GST location west Bengal where as material is moving within Maharashtra state only ,from Nhavasheva port to Pune .
You need to first generate an E-way bill from Port to Bengal and then another E-way bill from Bengal to buyer.
This will complete the loop. You need to charge IGST.
