Do we need to pay SGST and CGST for legal services? or only SGST we need to pay.
If it is interstate supply, IGST is to be paid, and if it's intrastate services then SGST and CGST is to be paid.
There is no rules and nowhere mentioned to select between CGST and SGST. If GST is to be paid for intra-state supply then it has to be paid for both SGST and CGST.
