You will have to request the GST Authorities to reset your ID PW by visiting to the concerned GST Bhavan.
Carry all the relevant documents such as KYC Details along with a letter requesting reset for ID PW and GST Certificate incase of proprietorship or in case of company U will need to carry authority letter on the letterhead and other documents are same. Once they reset the ID PW kindly change the mobile number and mail id.
