E way bill for imports and transport from customs to factory

How to generate E way bill for transporting material from custom house to premises.

We have imported goods from China to Chennai port and now transporting these from Chennai port to Bangalore.

How to create E-Way bill as it is asking for GSTIN of supplier?

Procedure to create E-way for Import purchases is:

  1. Login to your E-way bill account.
  2. Click on Generate E-way Bill.
  3. Click on Inward.
  4. Select Import.
  5. Document select Bill of Entry.
  6. Type Bill of entry details.
  7. In supplier name type name of seller (China seller).
  8. In GSTIN field type 3300000000000.

Other details are as normal. Submit and generate E-way bill.
