I have PAN number of a person.

I want to check his name.

How to find name of a person using PAN number?

I do not have copy of his PAN card and have only PAN number, I want to check his name using his PAN.

You can check name of a person if you have his PAN number.

Steps to check name of a person with PAN number:

  • Go to income tax website
  • Click on e-pay tax
  • Select 280 challan to make payment
  • Enter the pan and select assessment year
  • Click on submit after filling mandatory fields
  • Once submitted in next screen you can see the name of PAN holder.
