Incorrect Response | Need To Recharge Your Account

I have about 4150 API calls as my balance, however, the response I get is "You need to recharge your account". Can you please resolve this issue at the earliest?

I have checked your account. We do not show API balance as all API plans are with unlimited calls. The balance is your last recharge amount which has expired.

I can see on payment details that your last recharge was for Rs. 2000 and for bulk GST verification and not for APIs. That seems to be an recharge error. You need to recharge your API account and instead bulk plan was recharged. Request to confirm with your team if this was a mistake?
