I have received GST No, USER ID & PASSWORD but  when I want to enter using user id and password getting a message Jurisdiction officer changed the user id and password.

DO NOT GETTING ANY HELP FROM HELP DESK.

HOW CAN I GET MY NEW USER ID & PASSWORD

Its strange, never heard about this issue.

If you have id, then try to reset password. It should work.

In case forgot password option also does not work, then visit your GST jurisdictional officer and inquire.
