Incase you are selling through Ecommerce Portals like Amazon, Flipkart etc, you need to file normal returns as a normal offline seller of goods like GSTR1 and GSTR3B.
Govt has designed to seek details of sales through E-commerce and without E-commerce, HOWEVER has deferred the bifurcation UNTIL NOTIFIED. Till then you can treat this as normal sales in GST Returns
