I find having claimed short input credit of GST for FY 2017-18. Can you please advise how to regularise/avail the short credit?

You can claim your input tax credit when you file your GSTR-3B for current month.
In GST their is no necessity that you take input in same month, if you missed it you can avail it in current month.
