One of nationalized bank is not issuing neither TDS certificate nor my 26AS updated with TDS amount deducted for 2Q of FY: 2017-18. Sent several reminders, still not resolved. They did similar issues to me for previous two AY's and finally I had to file re-return and paid interest later to settle this later. How to complaint with IT department for such issues - any email ID please.
Once tds is deducted then certificate must be issued provided return is filed. You can take the matter to your A. O. of IT
