Cancellation

Subscriptions can not be cancelled. Cancellation is possible only for below reasons:

1. Website is not working.
2. Product does not work as promised.
3. Cancellation without refund.

Refunds

No refunds will be made for subscription recharges, unless they fulfill cancellation creteria. Any subscription cancellation by user will be non-refundable. Only under following conditions, refunds will be made:

1. Recharge made for wrong product and user has recharged for correct tool later.
2. Subscription is cancelled by Knowyourgst team due to non availability of services.
