I CAN'T OFFSET LIABILITY IN GSTR 3B, ITS CHECHSUM VALIDATION: FAILED......SAME PROBLEM IN GSTR4 .....WHAT CAN I DO ?

This technical error is now resolved by GST tech team and now your should be able to file your return.
Do let me know in comment box, if you are still facing the issue.
You should double-check the figures between your tax obligations and ITC/cash, ensure there is sufficient balance in your ledger, try recomputing and offsetting, log out or switch browsers, and if the error persists, contact GSTN for support. Geometry Dash Wave
