Dealer composition scheme registered in gst act trading for  jewellery business rent paid to landlord (non registered) for commercial property rs:5000/- per month 
Question:
Dealer rent paid for commercial property RCM applicable from 01-10-24

Yes RCM is applicable on rent paid by composition dealer. RCM applicability is not based on type of registration.
RCM is to be paid at applicable rate (18% right now).
Update: RCM for composition dealers is now not applicable as notified in GST council meeting.
