About Gst Tax Rate

We imported a product, ready to eat powdered probiotic and prebiotic food. We imported it in 21069099 HSN code. What will be the GST tax slab for this item. We imported it pre-GST and paid MRP based CVD for the same. Will we get tax input credit of CVD for the closing stock?

    it does not include any thing mentioned above i.e. Protein concentrates and textured protein substances, Sugarsyrups containing added flavouring or colouring matter, not elsewhere specified or included; lactose syrup; glucose syrup and malto dextrine syrup, Compound preparations for making non-alcoholic beverages, Food flavouring material, Churna for pan, Custard powde. It contains microorganisms powder and some taste enhancers for direct consumption. Please suggest GST tax rate in this case. - GARIMA
