Can we register gst without proprietorship license or using MSME certificate? ?

For proprietorship you do not require any document for registration.

Proprietorship is a form of business where you yourself are business owner. You need to register based on your PAN.

Even MSME certificate is not required.

To register as a proprietorship if you have following documents, its more than enough:

• PAN
• ID proof - Aadhaar, DL, License etc.
• Photo
• Address proof of business (Rent agreement and electricity bill)
• Bank statement as proof of bank account
