Emsigner - Error

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am having Windows 10, IE 11 & Chrome 60, Java 8 update 144, Emisgner 2.6 on the system. I am having registered DSC token. I have run Emsigner in Administrative mode. 

Since last more than 4 days I am trying to submit the return but I am not able to; I always face the error as "failed to establish connection to the server. kindly restart the emsigner"

If you have any valid workable process explaining step by step method then it will save the time of us and we will be able to focus more on the other work than only on filing the GST. 

I want the detail step by step approach so that the work which needs hardly 1 second of filing the returns should not take hours, days, weeks and so on. 

Your earliest action and approach is much more appreciated. Thanks
