MY ACCOUNTANT HAS LEFT MY WCCOUNT WORKS, AND NOW I M LEFT WITH EMPTY HANDS. HE HAD MY ALL DETAILS RELATED TO MY USER ID AND PASSWORD, EVEN I DNT KNOW , WHAT HE HAS FEEDED IN SECURITY QUESTIONS AND WHAT IS THE EMAIL ID, I DNT KNOW AT ALL.
HOW CAN I GET MY USER ID AND PASSWORD OF MY REGISTERED FIRM UNDER GST? OR SHOULD I GET MYSELF AGAIN REGISTERED TO THE GSTN PORTAL?
This is the common issue many are facing. There is no option to reset user id and password without OTP.
I think government should come up with an option to login with DSC.
Anyhow, contact your accountant and get details.
Send a mail to GST helpdesk, may be they can help you in resetting id and password.
