Gst Jurisdiction And Export Under Gst

We have migrated under GST, We want to know how can we know whether our unit comes under Central GST or State GST jurisdiction?

We also want to know the export procedure as earlier we used to export under Letter of Under Taking issued by AC/DC Central Excise.
