I run a website and do not charge members for subscribing to website.

I produce lot of content on website and revenue is generated from Adsense and Affiliate sales.

However to give users a better experience on site, I am planning to receive donation and will not show any advertisement on site.

If I receive donation instead of advertisements on my site, Do I have to charge GST on donation that I will receive from users?

If I have to charge GST then what will be the rate and How do I issue an invoice?
