Dear sir,

I have registered my firm into gst but I want to know that in every month 70% of sales is belonging to unregistered persons (small shop) but we purchased our all goods to registered dealers and availing input tax in vat but in gst the process will be same either we ll not get the benefits of input. Or we have to pay the tax amount ?

You will get the benefit of input credit whether you sell to a registered person or non-registered person.

Suppose you purchase a product for 100 Rs. with 12 Rs. GST.

If you sell the product for 110 and you charged GST 13.2.

You have to pay 13.2-12 = 1.2 Rs. to government.
