I have Tamilnadu registration. I am buying goods from Kerala from unregistered dealer and selling in Tamilnadu. What will be the Tax procedure and if I pay the purchase tax (IGST), can I avail Input Tax Credit as I am paying Sales Tax (SGST & CGST)? Kindly advice me.
Yes input is available.
But advice your vendor to get GST registration as unregistered person cannot sell to some one outside his state.
It will be best for him to get GST registration to make any interstate outward supply.
