Pl help as website of GST not working for filing .
WE have NIL transaction
No purchase no stock no sales . LAST DATE WAS 20 AUG17
but we are unable to file as GST of government no working
Do we have to pay penalty o Rs 5,000/- mfor two comapnies I mean total 10,000/- for no fault of ours
What we can do??
Our CA not giving us user ID and password so we can not file tomorrow our selves
How to create user ID and password. KLY HELP

Ask you CA to provide user id and password. It is you property, your CA cannot use it without your permission.
First it is your mistake that you did not take your user id and password. Penalty is not 5,000 but 100 Rs. per day. So if you file on Monday then you have to pay 100 as penalty.
As of now notification has not come regarding extension of due date. Wait may be government will announce the extension.
