Do a dealer have to file GSTR-2 every month? Is there any deadline to file such?
Yes if you are filing GSTR-1 on monthly basis, then you have to file GSTR-2 on monthly basis.
But as of now GSTR-2 filing is deferred till March 2018. So, no one is able to file return.
Filing of GSTR-2 will resume post March 2018. We have GST meeting tomorrow, lets hope a better decision on returns is taken tomorrow.
