If we hire a Transport Vehicle/Auto for local deliveries, do they come under Compulsory RCM or are they exempted under INR 5K/Day limit?
What would be the SAC Code if we have to pay GST Under RCM & at what rate?
Compulsory RCM is for GTA services.
For local auto/taxi it comes under 5000 limit.
