im charging transportation charges in my sales invoice when i send goods to my customers and i charge relevant GST rate of tax on transportation charges as well
am i liable to pay GST under RCM as well , when i make payment to the transporter for using his lorry/canter ?
Yes you are suppose to pay tax under RCM to your GTA.
