Reset GST user id & password without having registered email ID and mobile number.

If you do not have GST user id and password and neither email and mobile are in your possession you need to visit you commercial tax office and provide officer an application with document proof.

He can only reset these.

If you have user id and password even in that case you need to have mobile number for OTP.

However, if you have user id and password than you can change password or amend your registration using Digital Signature Certificate (DSC).
