Sir,
    I am a small trader of paan masala and tobacco products, having turnover less than 1.5cr. Can i opt in composition scheme. Kindly advice me

Manufacturer of paan masala and tobacco products cannot opt for composition levy, but this limitation is not on traders.
So, in my opinion you can opt for composition scheme.
