Sir, I forgot my GST Login password so I tried with forgot password option as advised in our site. Then error states user name is invalid, Later I tried with forgot User id option and got a email with User Id.
But the the issue is that user id received via email also showing the same error " Username is invalid. Please enter a valid Username." Kindly advise and resolve please.
Go through this-
Forget username then type your GSTIN and then after simple process.
If further any problem then you should visit GST Office. The Officers will surely solve your problem.
