My GST registration address is Lucknow
Should We collect bill from unregistered vendor at our address at NOIDA office ? for reverse charge GST mechnism
The invoice shall be issued as per Place of Supply of Services and/or Goods.
Therefore if you are recipient of supply of service or goods from unregistered dealer collect the bill in the name and address of the registered business only.
