Can I surrender GST

I am Astrologer/Vastu consultant giving interstate consultancy. 

I have authored a book on astrology (exempted goods) & selling it through e-commerce only & yearly sale is less than rs 10,000.

I have 2 good luck products which are copyright registered in my name. These products are sold as B2C all over India during my visit only. The products are Plastic Pyramid & framed photos of Lord Ganesha

Already taken GST as previously I was having a VAT number.

as my annual Income/Sale of products is less than Rs 15 Lakhs, can I surrender GST ?
