I have an office registered in GST and now i am shifting my sales office to some other place in same city. Can i add my new branch sales office in additional place of business and issue tax invoice from branch address?

Yes you can make sales and issue tax invoice from your branch office.

There is nothing wrong in it and no separate rules are prescribed. You can even have a separate billing numbers for invoices issued from branch address.
