I have registered a private limited company and want to know what different filings are to be done by a private limited company?

Which all forms I need to file every year with ROC?

Other than filing forms with ROC, you first need to make sure that you prepare your financial statements as per requirements of Companies Act and prescribed accounting standards.

You need to get your accounts audited by a Chartered Accountant every year.

Other than above compulsory formality you need to do following things every year regardless of your turnover during the financial year.

  • Drafting of Board’s report
  • Drafting of Annual return;
  • Preparation of Documents for Auditor’s re-appointment, if any;
  • Preparation of Fresh Appointment letters to Auditors, if any;
  • ADT-1 : Filing intimation regarding Appointment or re-Appointment of Auditor
  • AOC-4 : Filing of Financial Statements
  • MGT-7: Filing of Annual Return
