Hello
My question is If the declared tariff for a hotel is less than one thousand it attracts no GST but if an extra person charges are added to such tariff then is the GST of 12% is applicable or not

GST rate is fixed on declared tariff and not on actual payment.
If declared tariff i s less than Rs. 1000 then it is GST exempted.
