Ours is a private limited company, while filing GSTR-1 with DSC get error message of “Mismatch of signed data and payload” even want to file alternatively with EVC, EVC is not highlighted could not get option.
For private limited companies DSC is mandatory. You cannot sign using EVC, you have to use DSC.
If you are getting this error, it could be because either you have not registered DSC or your registered DSC of different directors.
Even if both above steps are correct then it could be server issue, in that case contact with GST helpdesk through self help portal.
