Is E-Way mendatory for everyone to take purchase from outside state?
As per E-way bill rules supplier has to generate E-way bill.
However if seller is unregistered then registered buyer has to generate E-way bill.
So, in Karnataka seller is required to generate E-way bill but if you are purchasing from out of state then as a registered buyer you have to generate E-way bill.
