We are selling goods from rajasthan to UP. Is e way bill for outward supply is compulsory to issue by us or e way bill of UP would be suffice? Please clarify
Further can 2 e way bill be issued for one consignment (1 from rajasthan and other from UP)
No one Eway bill is enough. Supplier has to issue eway bill. If goods are supplied at your end then you need to issue eway bill.
Do not issue 2 eway bills at it will amount 2 supplies.
