E way Bill

Sir,

I am an Company distributor , who does my sales by doing Line sales, means taking the product and enquiring with the customer and prepare Invoice by hand at the place of the customer,

I carry goods of worth 25000 rs which is having an tax slab of 5 and 18 % respectively, Kindly let me know do i need to generate E way bill for this every day, 

If it is YES, then the supplier GST number is not known at the start of the day, Kindly let me know how to do with this
