Who is required to prepare E-way bill?
E-way should be prepared by seller, buyer or transporter?
E-way bill should be prepared by seller.
If seller is not registered, then registered buyer has to prepare.
If both are not registered then transporter has to prepare.
All subject to limit of Rs. 50,000 per consignment.
