sir, one of my customer sending materials in 4 invoices to different parties value of below 50000/- each invoice. sending through his own vehicle and driver also own employee. can we send it or is there any requirement of consolidated way bill ? please clarify sir.
You need to generate Eway bill.
As per rules, transporter need to generate Eway bill in case total value exceeds 50,000.
In this case you are using your own vehicle so it is suggested to prepare Eway bill.
