Electric bill in the name of my father

hi,

   i am rishika gupta from kolkata. i want to get gst registration number in my home address . i have all the document like voter id, adhar card, pan card but the electic bill is in the name of my father. my father has expirerd a year back.i have two residential place near to each other. can i apply for gst . electric bill address and adhar voter address are different. please direct me the way which can help me to get the gst number for e commerce business. i want to sell product in amazon and flipkart
