to complete the appointment of first CA is it enough "a board resolution to appoint a CA" or is there any other forms/letter submitted to that CA or from CA to Company.. if there require any forms/ letter please attach the same. please answer clearly..
First CA can be appointed through a board meeting.
Conduct a board meeting and appoint your first CA.
You need to give letter to CA and seek his acceptance. Even ADT-1 is not required to be filed for first CA.
No form is required to be filed for first auditor.
